Welcome to the secure, confidential and independent Compliance Helpdesk Portal of the 4N6 Factory. This is a service we are providing to all employees of the Angst+Pfister Group. The usage of this portal is confidential, and you are not required to disclose your identity, should you wish to remain anonymous. On this portal you can report suspected breaches of the Angst+Pfister Group Code of Conduct or seek guidance on how to handle conflict situations in your workplace to uphold internal compliance standards. This is not an emergency service. Please contact the security, police, ambulance or fire department in case of immediate danger to life and limb!

Press the button “Report a concern” if you have serious concerns about a potential violation of laws, standards or the Angst+Pfister Group Code of Conduct in the workplace environment when local standard reporting lines have failed or seem inappropriate. Please note, mandatory questions are marked with an asterisk (*) and you will not be able to proceed without filling in the respective fields. After submitting your report, your username and password will be automatically generated and displayed on your screen. Please write them down as you will need them to enter your inbox in a later stage and follow up on your report.

Press the button “Seek guidance” if you have questions about Angst+Pfister Group compliance guidelines and processes or if you do not know how to deal with a dilemma situation that deeply impacts your or your collaborators’ daily work and working environment. The question may be submitted anonymously, but in general we encourage you to disclose your identity. This eases the follow-up of your request as all matters are treated as confidential as possible. Immediately after submitting your request, you will be provided with automatically generated username and password. Please write them down as you will need them to enter your inbox and follow up on your question.

The latter was mandated by Angst+Pfister Group to operate this Compliance Helpdesk Portal for them as the independent third-party provider.
